That's called putting on a good show before you sue someone in civil court for bazillions (legal term) of dollars. That's a pretty high priced lawyer to have just chilling out next to you while you do an interview.

I don't know if I'm misreading the interview, but where did he admit that there was wrongdoing. I'm more likely to agree with Casper's reply that this guy is just trying to make himself likable before suing Lien for a load of money.
